Hey Mike! Good to hear from you. I enjoyed your recent excursion at Hatcher Pass! I need to spend some time there. I'd love to see the old mining gear etc. |

I know what you mean about the guilt of stopping all the time for photos! That's what's great about photo safaris; you can hardly get people to stop stopping. |

Hi, thanks for the kind remarks! |

I viewed your photos and instantly recognized Mendenhall Glacier.I have been to Alaska and cruised the inside passage 4 times. Each time I was in Juneau I visited the glacier. |

Awesome eagle photo!!! Was it taken in the wild?? My only eagle closeup photo was taken at a wildlife refuge in Ketchikan. He stood there and posed for me while I captured a lot of shots! Not very challenging, but the photos looked good! Marg |

Awesome trips coming. Can't help the bad weather. I look forward to new photos.
WaydeI didn't have a tripod for those photos but I was at the limit of what I could hand hold. The vehicles were moving enough to give me interesting blur. I'm working on bumping up to IS lenses hopefully soon so I can play more with that kind of stuff when I don't have a tripod with me.
Hope you get better weather soon! - Wayde
