It's bitterly cold in Minnesota
Wednesday, February 20, 2008, 11:00 AM CST [General]
This is the first gloriously sunny day we've had in the Twin Cities in weeks, but with the clearing over night, temperatures dipped down into the double digits lows across the state with over-lapping windchill warning's and watching from Northern Minnesota down through parts of Iowa and well into areas of Wisconsin. Here's a current map here:
It's -19 and the air is so sharp and dry, you'd expect sparks flying off your apparrel when you walk.
I was planning on taking a few photos today, but my rechargeable batteries don't do well in this weather.
Enjoy your day!

I don't remember it ever being this cold in Juneau.
