Hey again!

As far as the swim event photos. You need a release if you plan on using the photos for anything besides editorial use, say for advertisements etc.
You may need to get permission from the event people. It varies. It's always best to ask.
The copyright also depends on your agreement with the mag or newspaper. For this I shot for the paper but I still retain rights for myself.
If at all possible never shoot and hand over all rights. - Wayde
