Cordova Harbor!

 

  My son and I spent the last week in Cordova. We were incredibly lucky and had blue skies every day until the day we left. What an amazing place.

 We just missed the start of the salmon season. Fishermen were readying their boats for opening day. I hope I can get back down again to capture the hustle and bustle during the middle of the season! Below are some highlights from the harbor area. I'll share more from the "Shorebird Festival" and the Copper Highway next week! Though we missed the major flocks of birds we had great hikes, glaciers, and scenery galore.
